1.1 — Changes to the Terms

atp70 reserves the right to amend or change these Terms at any time. Any updated Terms will take effect immediately upon being published on the website. If you continue to use the platform after any changes, it will be assumed that you have accepted the updated Terms.

1.2 — Language & Interpretation

These Terms have been written in Bengali and the Bengali version holds the highest authority. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the interpretation of the atp70 authority shall be considered final.

3.1 — Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).
• Deposits can only be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• The name on the deposit must match the name registered on your account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Your identity verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, atp70 may suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x — this is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
• Wagering example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 — General Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own applicable terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is published.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent behaviour is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• atp70 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any active bonus offer at any time.

4.3 — VIP Program Terms

atp70's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Users can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular play and active participation. VIP cashback is credited directly to the account and separate terms apply for withdrawal.

6.1 — Intellectual Property

All content on the atp70 website — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and interfaces — is protected under atp70's intellectual property rights. No part of this material may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission from atp70.
